Every new relationship at Broad View Therapy begins with a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation. This brief, low-pressure conversation is the required first step for all prospective clients to ensure my systemic and experiential approach is the right fit for your goals.

Step 2: The Initial Intake Assessment
(60-90 Minutes)
Once we confirm we are a great fit during our phone call, we will schedule your formal initial assessment. Before this session, you will receive a link to my secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal to complete your initial digital paperwork.
During this 60-minute session, we will take a "broad view" of your life. We will discuss your history, evaluate your current nervous system and lifestyle factors, and establish a clear, collaborative treatment plan tailored entirely to your unique ecosystem.
Step 3: Ongoing Collaborative Sessions
(60 Minutes)
With our roadmap established, we will begin our regular individual sessions. Whether we meet weekly or bi-weekly, these 60-minute sessions are an active space for healing. We will combine traditional talk therapy with down-to-earth conversation, somatic tools, or creative expression to help you move from contemplation into lasting, real-world action.
